The snow has started here in Edinburgh. D is recovering slowly from his op. He had some discomfort yesterday. I went to my friend's candle party and then to Ratho Park for dinner. Ratho used to be a brewers Fayre but is now a Carvery for £3.50 and very cheap and pleasant it is too. Then we just had a chill out at home. Today we plan to go to Livingston for some things.
Ruby has been sent to Granny's. She was given penicillian that I am allergic too. So not allowed to touch her. We're back at the Vet's tomorrow to see how she is as the bleeding hasn't stoppped yet.
Otherwise another quiet day in the Carlisle house. The children are back to school tomorrow.
Will be so glad to get some peace again lol.

Hope Ruby is ok and the penicilin kicks in soon.
My two have just started their hols and it's just a week till we go to the cottage near Hawick.
Was thinking of going to Edinburgh Zoo one day, what do you reckon? Is it worth the drive?
